- Once the order is processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

We accept returns or replacements only in the following cases:

- You must provide **photos/video** of the damaged or wrong item.  
- Product should be **unused**, with original packaging and tags intact.

💰 **Refund Process**  
- Once your return is approved and the product is received by us, your refund will be initiated.  
- Refunds will be credited to your original payment method within **7–10 business days**.

🚚 **Non-Returnable Items**  
- Personalized or customized products  
- Products bought during sale or promotions  
- Earrings (due to hygiene reasons)
